Problem:
Is your retractable banner stand unstable, wobbling, or failing to stay upright? Does it collapse easily when extended, even though the frame and graphics seem intact? The issue is likely a loosened internal spring—not a broken part!
Why This Happens:

Normal Wear & Tear: Frequent setup and takedown can gradually loosen the spring tension.

Transport & Storage: Rough handling or improper storage may cause the spring to shift or lose grip.

Spring Fatigue: Over time, the metal spring may weaken slightly, reducing its holding power.
Locate the Spring – Check inside the base tube or the central support pole (varies by model).
Tighten the Spring –For coil springs, gently stretch or twist to increase tension.
Install the screws back in place to ensure that the side cover is tight and will not come off
Test the Stand – Extend it fully; it should now lock securely in place.
